Office Assistant

 Job Type: Part-time 15-30 hours/week, flexible hours
Company’s Product: Microlithographic Polymer Films
Location: Sudbury, MA

 Responsibilities: Assist the company founder and CEO with the company’s day-to-day activities, including:

  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Invoicing customers
  • Accounts payable (AP)
  • Light accounting
  • General office duties.

Requirements: Must be PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and especially Intuit QuickBooks
