Technical Support

Job Type: Part-time 20-30 hours/week, flexible hours
Company’s Product: Microlithographic Polymer Films
Location: Sudbury, MA

Responsibilities: Assist the company founder and CEO with the company’s day-to-day customer support activities, including:

  • Materials process development testing
  • Functional evaluations
  • Troubleshoots and provide further technical support for thick dry film laminate materials implementations
  • Provide support to QC management including routine testing
  • Performs data trending and analysis
  • Writes/revise technical support documentation
  • Conduct technical assessments of deviations and investigations
